On the learning channel (discovery channel) you’ll find TLC’s miami ink. For all you tattoo fanatics here’s a cool little video I found on You Tube below where Kat von D gets fired. I always love the way those 2, Kat and Ami got along. I am sure there is some deep seeded real love somewhere there .

I love Kat’s work. She has an obvious passion with very steady hands. I recently watched her do the Jesus Christ’s cross on a 6′6″ guy that was horizontally perfect with perfect effect of cracks. It was like a rock magical effect.

Miami ink tattoos is a show on TV that is perfect for getting a bird’s eye view of the entire body art design experience. If you are thinking about getting your own body scratch watch Chris Nunez of Miami ink. My favorite Miami ink episode was the one where Tim does the skull portrait tim is the best.

One of the most heart wrenching shows is where Nathan and Kathy wanted their child that passed on tattooed but they wanted changes made to the eyes and. nose. It was a very moving to watch Tim Illustrate the original. This was a few episodes after miami ink cat gets fired which really pi**sed me off.

Kat von D is one hot tattoo artists I ever seen and man do I love her tattooing. Its a shame she left miami ink. She really was one of the best personalities and did add extra interest to the miami ink tattoo shop. I myself would never get a tattoo but if I ever decided to Kat would be my absolute #1 choice. The romance is over, the reason she left was she kept disrespecting with Ami. Ami is dead wrong on this one and the rest of the team is pi**ed at him.

Chris gets her a board when they are parting and the tears are falling. Chris rides off on the board and Kat drives away in a yellow taxi cab…just like that it’s it’s a done deal.

Its OK she has left and hosts the LA Ink show which started in August 2007. Her portraits on this show blow me away ! The new improved Kat von D is an obvious step in the right direction for her. She looks allot happier and her works are unquestionable tattoo art at it’s finest.
