How to Make It:
Place 5 cooked noodles on bottom of pan (9X13). Mix cottage cheese, egg and onion salt. Spread over noodles. Add another layer of 5 noodles. Mix cheddar, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Spread over noodles. Cover with another layer of 5 noodles. Melt butter and sauté onions. Pour over noodles. Bake for 30 mins. At 350°F. Let stand for 10 mins.

- Lasagna noodles — 15 cooked
- Cottage cheese – 2 cups
- Egg — 1
- Onion salt 1/4 tsp.
- Grated Cheddar — 1 cup
- Cooked mashed potatoes — 2 cups
- Salt and pepper to taste

I have never tried a pierogis before in fact I had never heard of it, but it is really tasty and satisfying.
500 calories doesnt seem very good are you sure you dont mean like 1500 lol! I’d study this particular even more before you decide to continue or jump into it!
