Vegan Rice How To:
Mix all ingredients together. Add Other veggies if desired. (Mushrooms, carols broccoli, peas) Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F in a covered pan. If adding meat, add at the last 1/2 hr. Top with vegan cheese and broil for 7-10 mins.
What You Need:
- 3 cups Uncle Ben’s long grain rice
- 3 1/2 cups Chicken or beef broth
- 1/2 cup Soya Sauce
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped pepper, any colour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped chicken, beef or pork (optional)

- Porcini Mushrooms
- Wild Mushrooms
- Broccoli
- Corn
- Pineapple Rice Casserole
- Spinach Casserole
